Chef Kisby goes country

A village pub will soon be opening with a well-known chef at the helm. Former Urbis executive chef Robert Kisby is about to be serving up at the 14th century Cock o’Barton.
Mr Kisby, who left the restaurant at the top of Urbis is less than amicable circumstances, is said to be looking forward to turning the former coaching inn into a serious gastropub.
Let’s hope the well-sourced local produce and imaginative menus I remember from Le Mont turn up in the countryside with him.
